TCSI is always looking for knowledgeable and experienced personnel in the field of underwriting.

Underwriters must be able to maintain agency relationships through good communications, cultivate new business relationships, be able to analyze the loss and safety results of submitted trucking risks as well as their financial stability, determine acceptable pricing based on the underwriting analysis and manage in-force policies including filings, endorsements and renewals.

An employment opportunity will favor applicants with a bachelor degree, at least 2-3 years commercial auto underwriting experience, skills in written and verbal communication, attention to detail, familiarity with ISO rates, rules and forms, and understanding of Excel.
